The Council of Ministers of 7 September decided not to appeal la law of the Tuscany Region no. 28 of 19/07/2023, containing "Prohibitions for minors regarding the prevention of gambling addiction. Amendments to regional law 57/2013”.
With a unanimous vote, the Regional Council this summer had established that "minors will not be able to use the gaming machines which return points to the player at the end of the game, in the form of tickets, which can be accumulated and used to purchase prizes present in the arcades and shopping centers".
