Since today's morning, a joint intervention has been underway between the State Police, the Financial Police, the Carabinieri, the Municipal Police and staff of the Customs and Monopolies Agency at numerous gaming and betting collection centers located in the municipality. of Caivano (NA), aimed at repressing illegal and irregular gaming, protecting minors from gambling and combating tax evasion.
The operational device put in place, in particular, is concentrating checks on a series of agencies, already identified following a specific risk analysis carried out on the basis of information shared between the police forces, with particular reference to the building called "Parco Verde" and adjacent to the school buildings of the Caivanese municipality.
During the checks, in detail, the patrons will be identified, including minors, the operating licenses and authorizations required for the collection of bets will be examined, as well as the presence of any devices that have been tampered with or not connected to the electronic network will be found.
The activity is part of the broader inter-force control campaign shared between the police forces, the Extraordinary Government Commissioner and the Extraordinary Commission for the Municipality of Caivano, and represents a further signal of presence in the territory of the relevant authorities, for the purposes of the protection of legal gaming, in the constant fight against gambling addiction, the repression of underage gaming and school dropout.
