(Jamma) The Customs and Monopolies Agency communicates the modification of the regulation of the special competition "SiVinceTutto SuperEnalotto": new regulation of payments to the Treasury.
The Art. 13 of the directorial decree prot. No. 2011/39470/Giochi/Ena of 20 October 2011 is replaced as follows 'Article 13' which establishes the Payments to the Treasury by the concessionaires.
"For each competition - reads the text - the licensee accounts for the bets and makes the payment to the Treasury at the Provincial Treasury of the State of Rome on the occasion of the accounting week of reference for the competition and in the manner prescribed by the directorial decree of 11 June 2009 , prot. N. 2009/21731/Giochi/Ena, published in the Official Journal of the Italian Republic of 30 June 2009 n. 149, containing measures for the regulation of financial flows associated with ENA gaminglotto and its complementary and optional game.
The collection of bets produces interest in favor of the tax authorities, also for the portion relating to the jackpot, to be calculated for each competition, with reference to the period between the payment of the bets and the payment of the tax share. Interest is calculated and paid to the extent and in the manner prescribed by the directorial decree referred to in paragraph 2".
