“I started when there was only the landbase. Over the years we have seen the number of women in the gaming world increase, I have now been with GLI for 10 years. As regards the Italian office, out of 55 employees, 20 are women. Globally, the percentage is certainly growing. It is also true that as regards managerial levels in GLI the number of women is still low, but we are not discouraged. Events and tutoring are promoted in the company precisely to involve and help women grow both within the company and outside, both on a professional and personal level".

He said so Simona Dutto, EMEA key account manager GLI Italy, speaking at the round table “Women empowerment in gaming” as part of the Italian Gaming Expo & Conference underway in Rome.
