SiGMA Group announced that it had acquired a majority stake in iGaming Academy, which offers professional and compliance training in over 25 jurisdictions, to more than 60.000 gaming professionals each year, for an undisclosed fee. This acquisition is set to greatly complement their current portfolio by incorporating various forms of industrial training into SiGMA's global events program and online network.

Following the acquisition, iGaming Academy will open an office in Cyprus to build its online offering and content development.
