Police operators have ascertained that the holder of the Public Security licence, of Chinese nationality, has left Italy for some time, in contravention of the regulatory obligation of his presence or of an authorized delegate of the Police Commissioner, handing over the management of the games room , with verbal agreements, to an unlicensed person in violation of articles 8 and 9 of the Consolidated Law on Public Security. For this reason, the police commissioner of Cuneo issued, as a matter of urgency, a provision revoking the Public Security licence, decreeing the closure of the business. Further similar initiatives will follow throughout the province towards public gaming venues and establishments.
