“Anact, the National Association of Trotting Horse Breeders, to protect the breeders involved and the owners injured, expresses its disapproval of what happened on Friday 3 November at the Agnano Hippodrome in Naples. In respect of every right and freedom of action in defense of one's work and interests, it is noted that causing the sudden cancellation of a racing conference in which two heats of the Anact Grand Prix were scheduled for two years was a reckless act. Just as it should be negatively noted that there was no collaboration on the part of the Racing Society in finding a timely immediate solution to protect those horses, those owners, trainers and drivers, who had faced long journeys and supported before and after unexpected travel costs. Anact, despite being affected by such conduct, with a sense of responsibility will evaluate some form of compensation for the owners, and will work to ensure that their passion is not undermined again in the future".
This was announced by the press office of the National Association of Trotting Horse Breeders.
